Our Pastor, Rev. Dr. Peter W. Gregory
Peter comes to us via a small town in Western Pennsylvania, sands of
Iraq and Somalia, the White House, and now he's serving the Lord at
First Presbyterian Church, Lambertville, NJ.
Peter has served both God and Country, bringing the Good News of Christ
to all for almost 25 years. Peter is a 1980 graduate of Grove City
College, Peter holds a degree in clinical psychology and a Master of
Divinity from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. His faith journey took a
dramatic turn when he attended a Billy Graham crusade in Pittsburgh
while in college. Following a pastorate in Pittsburgh, he joined the
United States Navy as a Chaplain in 1986. This path took him to service
in 4 war zones and 16 different foreign countries in over 20 years of
service. His faith and zeal is for our Lord Jesus Christ. His passion is
to witness to the life transforming nature of the authentic, evangelical
faith that is true to God's Holy Word in the bible and the historic
Reformed faith of our church. Peter believes the local church should be
a house of prayer, peace, healing and transformation for all people. All
shall be welcomed into our community with the Grace of our Lord, and the
love of Christ. As our pastor he will preach Jesus, the risen Christ,
with life transforming power for all people. |
